Menu Expansion
To meet growing demand, Shu’s mother expands the menu to include more options like Nasi Lemak Sambal Sotong and Nasi Lemak Sambal Udang. She continuously refines her cooking techniques to maintain high quality.
Establishing Sambal Lesung
With support from Shu and loyal customers, Shu’s mother establishes her own brand: Sambal Lesung. The name symbolizes her unique sambal and the hard work and perseverance invested by her and Shu.
